North Country Vitals is pleased to release the tenth issue of the “Regional Health In Focus” monthly series!

These one-page fact sheets offer a detailed but easy-to-read overview of a different regional health issue each month, and this month’s topic is Social Connectedness. The document was written for adults and is interactive, allowing readers to click on graphics and links to be directed to more information online.
